Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb said Orange has a prestigious and premium appeal that represents buyers and investors within the Belle Property network.
Mr McCormack said the Belle Property brand resonates with him and is about a feeling of home.
"We've already got a talented team of agents and managers, a loyal client base and Orange's largest rent roll," he said.
"We have based our business around providing outstanding advice, experience and results. We're looking forward to plugging in to the extra benefits around marketing, technology and reach that the Belle brand offers."
He said the Orange market experienced a growth of 25 per cent in the past year.
After the office's Belle makeover, Mr McCormack and the team will remain at their current location in Lords Place.
Maid in Orange
A family-based cleaning and landscaping business is starting up in Orange to meet the needs of the community and give employment to people who have a disability.
Maid in Orange co-owner Daniel Sanders said his family's main business is disability support service Spirit Ability and through that exposure they discovered there was a need for people with different disabilities and abilities to have supported employment.
Mr Sanders said Maid in Orange will hopefully employ two support workers and four supported employees.
He said it will be focused on cleaning and gardening services including end of lease cleans.
"We will also be providing support for people on the NDIS as well, cleaning and gardening support," he said.
"We pay all employees, including disability support workers award wages. It is a living wage."
Genea moves
Genea Orange is moving into new facilities at Dudley Private Hospital.
Genea fertility operations general manager Kathleen Waite said it's supported couples who are struggling to conceive for almost 30 years.
"As demand for our premium care and science continues to increase in the Central West, we have refurnished our clinic and will now be offering all our services under one roof at Dudley Hospital," Ms Waite said.
"We are very proud to continue to offer local patients access to our world leading science, care and success rates."
