But after September 4, she can take a well earned rest because she has decided to sell the business.
"I've simply had enough of the industry. I'm 55 years old and I've had enough."
She plans to take a break from working until the new year, and is a little weary of what she will do with her newfound free time.
"I've left a lot of jobs to do at home for when I'm not working eleven hours a day to keep me busy because I think I'll struggle going from being so busy to doing not much," she added.
"I can't sit down for too long. I am a little nervous about how I'm going to cope, but my body is just saying to me that it's time."
One memory she will remember fondly will be taking part in the Feed a Farmer initiative during the drought three years ago.
"People on our own backdoor were going hungry because they were choosing to feed their cattle and sheep over feeding themselves," she said.
"We jumped on board and were cooking up meals and hampers and taking on donations. So that was pretty rewarding, people calling up and saying thanks."
It is the people she will miss the most. From the daily chats with customers, to seeing the Cadia workers bright and early.
"I certainly won't miss my alarm going off at ten to three in the morning," Ms Griffiths laughed.
"I won't miss running the business, but I'll certainly miss being in the business.
"I'll miss the people standing there while I'm making coffee, just talking and learning stuff. I'll miss the interaction."
