The Westal Group which includes Westal Windows, Buildpak and Tinybuild, are encouraging their 100+ staff to roll up their sleeves by giving the fully vaccinated a $100 gift card.
Jen Westbrook is the company's sales manager and said the idea came into action a couple weeks ago.
"Basically what we were looking at doing is obviously getting behind the government's vaccination program and support that as best we can," she said.
"We thought the best way to do that was to also support local businesses within both the cities (Westal also operates in Singleton).
"It also supports us to continue to operate in whatever situations arise going forward."
Rather than just give employees $100, they decided on the Think Orange gift card for its Orange employees, which can be used at businesses around the city.
"The $100 gift cards are a great way to support local businesses in Orange and Singleton," Ms Westbrook added.
"We wanted to support a great initiative which is backing local businesses that have been doing it tough during these difficult times.
"Now more than ever we need to ensure our money is spent supporting businesses in our local communities.
"A lot of businesses are doing it tough trying to come up with new ideas to continue to operate, where planning is futile."
The company's rates now sit at around 15 per cent of employees now fully vaccinated, with about 40 per cent having had their first dose.
