Police are investigating after another car was completely destroyed by fire in the early hours of Tuesday morning, adding to a growing list of vehicles which have been torched across Orange this year.

Emergency services responded to reports of a vehicle fire in Kurim Avenue, in east Orange, at about 2.30am on Tuesday morning, the car was well and truly alight by the time the dispatched Fire and Rescue crew arrived at the scene.
Officers extinguished the blaze quickly, in around 30 minutes, however the vehicle was completely destroyed.

The incident comes just days after two 4WD utes were stolen on Valencia Drive, with one of those vehicles found burnt out on the other side of the city.
There have been a number of vehicles torched through the opening months of 2021, with at least five vehicles going up in flames since the first of the new year was reported on January 1.
A number of those vehicles have been discovered in the east Orange area, with one reported at Glenroi Oval on March 10 and two more at McNeilly Avenue a month earlier.
There remains no confirmation as to whether the incidents are linked or whether the latest vehicle torched was stolen, with police now investigating Tuesday morning's blaze.
