People can register to ride motorbikes or drive cars in the Emus Road Runners charity ride at 8.30am at the Emus club house in Woodward Street on Saturday.
The 265 kilometre mystery ride will start at 10am and co-organiser Peter Roberts said it would head towards Cowra.
However, he said the route and stops would be a secret until the day.
Mr Roberts said there would also be a raffle and an auction after the ride.
The Emus Road Runners has organised a motorbike run annually since 2010 with an average of $4000 being raised each year for Cancer Care Western NSW for guest provisions at Western Care Lodge.
