The Escort Way winery sold 500 of its own members VIP tickets, which include an undercover area, as well as a private bar and toilets.
On Friday, the majority of those tickets had sold out.
Members of the winery, who sign up with a commitment to purchase two dozen wines annually, will be fed by Smoking Brothers in an area designed by the White Place.
Heifer Station Wines' James Thomas said the idea was to support other Orange businesses as much as possible.
"Which is really part of our philosophy," he said.
