Cast from the Channel 10 talk show travelled to Orange and Millthorpe at the invitation of Destination NSW.
Presenter Jono Coleman took a whirlwind tour of wineries, restaurants and farms to help get the word out about the Winter Fire Festival.
On Thursday the presenter gave a live cross from Pym Street ahead of the Millthorpe night markets, spoke local produce with Tonic Restaurant owner Tony Worland and Botanica Flora owner Libby Spencer ahead of their event on Sunday and had a cooking demonstration from Indigenous Cultural Adventures owner Gerald Power.
Ross Hill Wines owner Chrissy Robson hosted the production crew on Thursday afternoon, when they filmed Smoking Brothers owners Ben and Dave Allcock creating smoked meat dishes inside the winery's cooking school.
Ms Robson said when tourists visit the city they are looking to book experiences, which is why they jumped at the chance to showcase their cooking school.
"There's so much going on in Orange, especially for food and wine, it's become a point-of-destination town," she said.
On Friday the team planned to head to Heifer Station to celebrate the team's Destination Country and Outback and Riverina Murray tourism awards win.

They will meet the artist group which make up the Journey Persons at The Corner Store Gallery and head to The Building to hear a duelling piano demonstration from Kyle Manning and Mike Carr ahead of the Orange Regional Arts Foundation event on Friday evening.
Mr Coleman said he had visited Orange as a young boy in the 1970s and had been back a couple of years ago to attend a party.
"We've always loved the cool weather wines, it's a dangerous area for me to be in because I'm trying not to drink wine at the moment," he said.
Mr Coleman did pick up a bottle of Stone Pine Distillery vodka when the crew lunched at the Agrestic Grocer.
They ate at Mr Lim Korean & Chinese Diner on Wednesday night and were heading to Charred Kitchen and Bar for dinner on Thursday.
In addition to the live cross' at 8.50am, 10.10am and 11.45am on Thursday and Friday Studio 10 fans can watch the prerecorded cooking demonstration from Ross Hill Wines on Sunday.
