It won gold in the Tourism Wineries, Distilleries and Breweries category for the second year running.
Co-owner Michelle Stivens said they were now looking forward to contesting the state awards in November.
"We were really excited. It's the second year we've won it and the area is twice the size now. It covers the Riverina and Murray as well," she said.
"It's basically inland NSW which was a real feather in our cap."
Mrs Stivens said it was recognition for the cellar door experience and their wine.
"[It shows] we are doing something right," she said.
Mrs Stivens said last year they took the silver medal at the state level, being pipped by a south coast winery.
They were among four Orange region finalists for Saturday's regional awards in Dubbo but the only ones to win.
The Parkes Elvis Festival was inducted into the awards' Hall of Fame after winning the gold medal for festivals and events three times.
Mudgee Region achieved the same hall of fame result for Destination Marketing after it won the category three times up to 2018.
That category was won by the Dubbo Regional Council tourism body on Saturday night.
Old Dubbo Gaol won gold in the Cultural Tourism category at the awards at Taronga Western Plains Zoo.
