Eugowra police say multiple fuel thefts have occurred in the area, with the most recent on Thursday.
“Police … are seeking information in relation to the ongoing theft of diesel fuel in the area,” a police spokesperson said.
“There have been a number of incidents reported recently, with the latest occurring at a local business.”
In October last year a fuel theft occurred at a roadwork site west of Blayney.
According to NSW Police state rural crime co-ordinator Detective Inspector Cameron Whiteside, a lock was forced on the fuel tank of a Caterpillar grader parked at a roadwork site, and about 100 litres of diesel fuel was siphoned from the fuel tank.
Anyone with any information should contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
