Emergency services flocked to a car crash on Thursday afternoon which saw traffic stand still.

Acting station officer Shane Brinkworth of Orange Fire and Rescue confirmed the two-car smash happened shortly after 1pm at the corner of Summer and Peisley Street.
"It was a two car MVA (motor vehicle accident). No person were trapped and no persons injured," he said.
"There was a small oil spill that was rendered safe by Fire and Rescue.
"The intersection was cleared by both police and Fire and Rescue with both cars towed. There was no ambulance required."
A witness did confirm that paramedics were called to the scene, despite their services not being required.
Three people were involved in the crash. One was the driver of the Volkswagon Caddy as well as a driver and a passenger of the Toyota Corolla.
