The man cannot be named because he was already on the Child Protection Register for previous sexual offending including willful and obscene exposure and committing an act of indecency with a person under 16.
According to information presented to the court, the offender masturbated in front of the cleaner in his workplace toilet between November 2019 and January 2020. He did not touch or speak to the victim.
The offence was discovered after a supervisor noticed the victim was upset.
The 60-year-old was charged with carrying out an aggravated sexual act with another.
Magistrate David Day placed him on a two-year intensive correction order with 18-months of electronic monitoring.
