A development application for the $5 million project said the factory would operate seven days a week except for public holidays.
There would be three shifts a day, each with about 17 workers, in manufacturing plus an extra 10 management and administration staff during the day.
The company, A-Tech Extrusion Systems, would use two buildings.
A staff report said the company's work would involve aluminium extrusion and powder coating, packaging and dispatch.
"The extrusion process will involve the use of an extrusion press, furnace, saws, cooling system, belts and tables, ageing oven, stacker baskets and packing tables," it said.
"Powder coating will be undertaken using a vertical powder coating system which includes a pre-treatment tunnel, fast cleaning booth, drying and polymerisation ovens."
It said the company would produce up to 9000 tonnes of finished product every year.
That would include windows, doors, curtain walls, facade systems, skylights, canopies and louvres for the building and construction industry.
It would also make parts for the transportation industry including automotive structural and chassis components, crash management systems, auto body and trim components.
A-Tech would also create products for the electrical and energy industries including solar energy mounting systems, LED lighting components and conduit.
It will also make medical and consumer products.
Council will consider the DA on Tuesday night.
