Jessica Catherine Jones, 25, of Burrendong Way, Mullion Creek, and a man were seen walking onto the property at the end of a cul-de-sac about 8.20pm on April 21, after driving to the area and getting out of a Holden Captiva.
According to police the witness saw them enter the property after hearing dogs barking.
He confronted the pair who were behind a shed on the property and they both had torches.
The witness allowed them to leave but phoned police who viewed security footage of them parking the car nearby and entering the back of the property.
Police said the walked past the car when they left and caught a taxi but later collected the car.
For the trespassing offence, Jones was represented by solicitor Clive Hill who said Jones attended residential drug rehabilitation and was living out of town "away from drug associates in Orange".
"She seems to have turned a corner," Mr Hill said.
