Officers attached to the Chifley Police District said 18 cannabis plants were seized from a yard on Percy Street in Blayney.
"A 63-year-old man will appear in court at a later date charged with cultivation of cannabis," police officers said.

The plants were seized from a location that is less than 100 metres from Blayney High School and also close to Blayney Public School.
