One man, believed to be in his 60s, has been freed from the vehicle after it's believed it struck a tree. He has lower leg injuries.
It's believed there is just one vehicle was involved in the incident, and it's unsure if anyone else was in the car at the time.
Police and emergency services are on-scene, and the road was blocked in both directions for nearly 90 minutes. The Escort Way is now re-open.
Detours were been put in place via Peabody Road, Amaroo Road and the Mitchell Highway.
