Ms Go will work closely with students, staff and community members during her time in Orange, presenting workshops, masterclasses, individual tuition and community forums.
On Friday evening, audiences will have the chance to celebrate the start of her residency with a recital at the ORC from 6pm.
The residency program is a new venture for the ORC which aims to bring world class musicians to live and work within the community.
The program is a collaboration between the ORC, Musica Viva Australia and the Godfrey Turner Memorial Music Trust to bring talent to regional areas.
The coming weeks will also see young chamber music group, The Estivo Trio visit Orange for a concert and workshop with students on March 9.
Following the chamber groups visit, the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra’s Regional Tour will present a follow up to last year’s Orange performance on March 15.
