Artists, Biddy Maroney and Sonny Day from Orange, alongside Digby Webster from Sydney, worked with 15 young people from Wangarang Industries.
The result is a body of work which includes paintings, graphic art, video and synthesised music to be shown to the public for the first time at Lolli Redini Restaurant on Sunday.
Project facilitator Christian Tancred said he hoped the exhibition would highlight the value of art based activities for people living with a disability in Orange.
"Art allows people to express their emotions and it's a great way of communicating how differently people see the world," he said.
"It's also one of the few things left in society which isn't competitive - so that's a really beautiful thing."
In addition to the display of the various art projects hanging indoors, the exhibition opening will feature long-form synthesisers and projections onto the Redini laneway and interior.
Lolli Redini Restaurant chef Simmon Hawke will put on paella for attendees which will be served alongside a glass of wine.
"We're looking forward to sharing the works alongside great food and wine being provided by Loli," Mr Tancred said.
While tickets to the paella dinner are now sold out, the public is invited to drop in between 6:30-9:30pm to see the art and purchase wine from the bar.
