Friday, November 19 marks Tradies and Ladies Day, with a slate of eight races to go ahead during a five hour span.
"We've got some really good nominations for the race day and even despite all the rain, the track has got some magnificent grass cover on it," McMinn said.
"It should still race really well even though it will be on the heavy side. It should be a great day."
Hometown hero Alison Smith is scheduled to have three horses - Cankina, Krissy Krystyna and Who's Tinny - run on the day, while familiar face Gary Portelli is also expected to feature heavily.
But that's not the only entertainment patrons can get excited about.
"We've got the Pioneer Brewing Tradies and Ladies dash, a 100m run down the straight," McMinn added.
"We'll also have some fantastic prizes, Pioneer has been fantastic in their prizes and giveaways as well as that, Cosmetic Collective is doing the fashions on the field and I know there are some prizes worth a lot of money."
It was nearly a month ago that patrons were able to flock back to the racecourse, and McMinn is expecting a similar turnout this time around.
"It adds so much more atmosphere to the day when you've actually got a crowd cheering on the horses. It's wonderful to have everyone back trackside and I think everyone is enjoying being able to get out and be a bit more sociable again," she said.
"We've got some repeat patrons that have been for the last couple years so it will be good to catch up with everyone again, it's a great social day."
The Winning Edge Presentations Benchmark 58 Handicap (2100 metres) will be the first race to jump at 1.10pm.
