She's won the ICC Women's Cricketer of the Year and the ICC Women's ODI Player of the Year and this summer cracked a maiden Test ton, but star Indian opener Smriti Mandhana admits there's plenty she's learned from her younger teammates this Women's Big Bash League campaign.

Mandhana has been a star for the Thunder at the top of the order throughout WBBL07 and over the weekend top scored in a crucial derby win over the Sixers.
That 39-ball 45 ensured the 25-year-old leap-frogged Phoebe Litchfield as the club's leading run-scorer this summer, but the Indian gun insists the young Orange left-hander has helped her immensely throughout her first summer in Australia in four years.
Mandhana and Litchfield have shared the crease on multiple occasions this season after the 18-year-old ODCA graduate was promoted to No.3 in the Thunder line-up. And Mandhana, herself a boom teenager having debuted for India at the age of 16, has been impressed each time they've shared the crease together.
"I've watched her closely ... she has all the shots and to have that as an 18-year-old, and the way she sees things and approaches the game, it's refreshing. I've learned a lot from her too," Mandhana said in the lead-up to Wednesday's clash with the Renegades in Mackay.
Mandhana's 234 runs at 16 leads the Thunder this year. After 10 innings Litchfield has hit 220 runs at 24.44.
She's high energy, and she shouldn't let that go for the world.

"I'm not big on advice," Mandhana added. "... but I'd just like her to learn from her mistakes. She's high energy, and she shouldn't let that go for the world.
"I think she should carry that high intensity, because not many people are gifted with that. But I've enjoyed it a lot (with the Thunder). It's a good group of young and experienced players."
Mandhana was the star in the Thunder's last win over the Sixers and it's form she's keen to maintain heading into the do-or-die clash with the Renegades.
The Thunder have three games left this season and, mathematically, are still a shot at sneaking into the WBBL07 top four.
But, as Mandhana puts it, the club needs "to win all three".
"Our bowlers did an amazing job (against the Sixers). After that it was our duty to go after them (the runs). The way we bowled and fielded, that won us the match," she said.
"I think the standard is amazing in this tournament. It's grown so much."
The Thunder faces the Renegades from 6.05pm on Wednesday night in Mackay.
