Shane Price, 24, of Dalton Street, was arrested for each of the offences after he was found hiding under a bed at Spring Hill on September 9, 2020. While in custody, he also damaged a jail cell with fire.
Price was charged for the break and enter after his DNA was found inside a Woodstock house that had been ransacked overnight on June 6, 2020.
Three sheds on the property were also broken into that night and a Toyota HiLux work ute with a generator and equipment on the back was stolen along with a Yamaha PW80 motorbike, fencing equipment, chainsaws, drills and other equipment.

Overnight, between September 6 and 7, 2020, Price also stole two cars and was involved in a police pursuit in a stolen Ford Focus that reached 100km/h in East Orange.
Price stole the Ford Focus from an acquaintance's house earlier in night before police attempted to stop him for a random breath test at 2.31am.
A pursuit started but was ended due to visibility and safety concerns after Price drove out of town onto a dirt road.
He later refueled the car with diesel causing it to break down in Underwood Road, Borenore, because it required unleaded petrol. Price then stole a 1998 Mitsubishi Triton farm ute on his way back to town.
Both vehicles were reported stolen and the abandoned Ford Fiesta was recovered that day but the Triton ute was found damaged at Springside, on September 23, 2020, with its windscreen and headlights smashed, and number plates and battery missing. Price's DNA was found in both vehicles.
While in custody on December 2, 2020, Price lit a fire in a jail cell at Bathurst Correctional Centre. Magistrate David Day placed him on a two-year Community Correction Order, that started on Monday for damaging the cell.
However, he sentenced Price to full-time jail for each of the other offences. Mr Day gave him concurrent 18-month jail terms with a 13-month non-parole periods for the break and enter, police pursuit and stealing the cars.
However, he backdated the sentence to when Price went into custody on September 9, 2020, meaning the non-parole period ended on October 8, 2021.
He also gave Price concurrent back-dated six-month jail terms and six-month driving disqualifications for four counts of driving while disqualified.
For the police pursuit he gave Price a 12-month driving disqualification. Mr Day took into account several qualifications Price earned in the Balund-a Program, a diversionary program he participated in while he was in custody.
The unique program helps pre-sentence prisoners with their rehabilitation and prepares them for future work through training in industries such as hospitality and building.
