Up to 8pm Tuesday, there were no new cases for Orange, Cabonne and Blayney. However, there were 13 new cases reported across the Western NSW Local Health District. 10 of these new cases were in Bathurst, while two were in Wellington and one was in Cowra.
The last time Orange recorded any new COVID cases was Wednesday, October 27, when the LGA had one.
As of October 27 there were still 13 people in Orange with COVID receiving care. Between October 20 and October 27, 11 people had been discharged from care.
In Cabonne and Blayney there were zero.
Across the state there were 190 new COVID-19 cases and four deaths in the 24 hours to 8pm last night.
93.6 per cent of NSW's population aged 16 years and older has now had their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, while 88.3 per cent are fully vaccinated.
This comes a day after NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet announced a raft of changes to the state's reopening "road map", with the restrictions which were due to lift on December 1 being brought forward to November 8.
Under the changes, restrictions for unvaccinated residents that were due to lift on December 1 have been pushed back to December 15 or when the state hits 95 per cent vaccination.
The density limit on hospitality venues will also change from four square metres to two square metres from Monday, November 8, while fully vaccinated residents will be allowed unlimited visitors to their home.
Capacity limits will be lifted in favour of density limits in all settings expect gym classes.
