In the 24-hour recording period to 8pm Tuesday, there was one new case for Orange.
There have been no new exposure sites added to the NSW Health list of concern since Monday, after a COVID-positive person visited Charred Kitchen and Bar on October 20 between 2 and 2.05pm.
Orange's latest case brings the city's total (since Saturday, October 23) to 10.
WNSWLHD chief executive Scott McLachlan said yesterday that of the nine new cases none of them were vaccinated and more than half were children.

This comes after Bowen Public School was forced to close on Monday after a member of the school's community tested positive to COVID. In the weeks and months to come, Mr McLachlan said schools and childcare centres would continue to be impacted as children continued to be spreaders of the virus.
While 91.5 per cent of the Orange LGA is now fully vaccinated (as of October 24) and western NSW has the highest rate of double doses among 12-15 year olds in the state (68.1 per cent compared with state-wide 51.3 per cent), Mr McLachlan said that across the health district there was still a "couple of thousand people" yet to receive their first dose.
On Wednesday, NSW Health confirmed that another three people had died with COVID-19 in the most recent reporting period.
Across the state, there were 304 locally acquired cases recorded in the 24 hours to 8pm Tuesday, with a single case in an international traveller.
The 305 cases mean there are now 418 people in hospital state-wide, with 97 requiring intensive care.
On the vaccination front, 93.2 per cent of people aged 16 or older have had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine in NSW.
