All eastbound lanes of the Great Western Highway are closed at Blaxland due to a crash involving a truck and pedestrian at Layton Avenue.
Light vehicles travelling east can use Wilson Way and Layton Avenue as an alternative route, but NSW Transport Management Centre says there's no suitable diversion for eastbound heavy vehicles which should delay their journeys.
Bells Line of Road cannot be used as an alternative as it remains closed in both directions at Mount Tomah, due to a truck and car crash near Range Hill Road.
Emergency services and traffic crews are on site at both incidents.
