The incident has occurred at Houses Lane, just west of Dunkeld Road.
A heavy vehicle tow truck and emergency services are attending, according to Livetraffic.
Motorists are being advised to exercise caution.
Traffic conditions are expected to be slow around the area until the area is cleared.
