It would mean an average annual rate increase of around $9.50.
On top of this, waste and recycling bins would also increase by two percent, or $8.
Water access charges across the shire would increase by 10 percent 'to ensure future sustainability and to fund urgent capital works'.
In order to fund upgrades to Molong's treatment planet, residents of that town would pay 10 percent more for sewer access, while the rest of the shire would only face a two per cent rise.
The staff report to council recommends that the mayor and general manager draft and finalise a deed that would see the transition of the management of the Age of Fishes Museum to Cabonne Council.
The staff report said: "It is expected to have this deed finalised by the end of the financial year".
The deputy general manager's services report to council said the budgeted operating income for 2021/22 would be $49 million, made up of rates and annual charges ($12.7 million), water charges ($1.4 million), sewer charges ($2.4 million), capital grants and contributions ($8.6 million), operating grants and contributions ($11.4 million) and user charges ($5.9 million).
Council staff have also recommended that a councillor to attend the Inland Rail Conference in Albury Wodonga May 25-27.
