Yolande Harris, 34, of Frost Street was given a 12-month Intensive Correction Order, a six-month driving disqualification and 50 hours of community service when she appeared in Orange Local Court.
At the time of the offence, her licence had been disqualified from 2012 to 2024.
Magistrate David Day said her driving was dangerous because she had never had a driver's licence.
Her sentence will be served in the community.
