Defending second-grade premiers Centrals will add another Orange District Cricket Association side to its division two ranks this summer, giving their up and comers a broader chance to improve their game in the hope for top-flight promotions.

And it doesn't come as a surprise that it's the only club to feature more lower grade sides than anyone else after an all-hands-on-deck pre-season that several weeks earlier than normal.
Led by the likes of first-grade skipper Daz Kennewell and club captain Graeme Judge, the club put an onus on fitness throughout the winter and end of spring, in an effort to give players across all grades the gas tank to perform better in crucial stages of matches.
Centrals Black will kick off its season against Cavaliers at Jack Brabham two on Saturday afternoon, while the other side, Centrals Red, will do battle with Orange City at Jack Brabham one.
For the remaining sides, CYMS are set to do battle with the kids from Kinross at Bloomfield Oval.
