Orange Post Office staff have been kept busy handling nearly 50 percent more deliveries than they did at the same time last year.

Australia Post reports that in Orange from July to August online shopping growth is up by 49.2 per cent year on year.
Orange Post Office postal manager Fiona McGinley said they have seen an increase in small business orders.
"[Small business] online orders have boomed so we're getting more parcel lodgements," she said.
Mrs McGinley also said the parcels they receive are often a lot bigger.
"People are buying things they'd normally go to the shops for," she said.
"Particularly home office equipment or furniture and things like wine."
The report indicates in Orange, home and garden was the fastest growing industry with a growth of up to 56.4 per cent year on year.
Health and beauty year on year has also seen a growth of up to 50.5 per cent, largely driven by beauty purchases.
Variety stores accounted for 28.4 per cent of all purchases year on year in Orange.
For the variety stores category, year on year growth was up by 45.3 per cent, largely driven by items purchased from department stores, the Australian Post report also found.
Mrs McGinley added in store, staff have been keeping up to date with the COVID-19 health and safety requirements.
"We are carrying out frequent cleaning and have put extra safety measures in place for our staff and customers," she said.
"We have put up extra signs to help with social distancing, hand sanitisers and perspex barriers. We no longer require a signature for delivery or collection."
Comparably, Dubbo's Post Office saw a growth of 60.3 per cent up of e-commerce year on year between April to July.
Australia Post reported in Dubbo's Post Office, the volume of fashion orders was slightly less than one-third of all purchases and recorded 54.3 per cent growth, food and liquor is the fastest growing category with a growth of 77 per cent and variety store purchases accounted for one-third of all purchases between April to July.
