When Group 10 pulled the pin on its 2020 season, Blayney boy Ryley Oborn was left scratching his head.

The 21-year-old had spent all of his senior career playing for the Bears and didn't want to spend a winter on the sidelines.
When he caught wind of the Cargo Heelers entering the Wallerawang Landscaping Cup, Oborn felt as the the small-town club would be the perfect destination to get some footy under his belt this year.
As it turned out, Oborn's judgement was bang on and now, the rangy forward is enjoying an undefeated campaign with the Jared Brodrick-led Heelers as the blue and blacks are fresh off a 14-12 over the Orange United Warriors.
But it's not just the final scoreline that's impressive for Cargo, it's the way in which they earned the victory as they clawed back from a late deficit for the second-week in-a-row.
The Heelers trailed 12-6 in the latter stages of the contest before equalising in the final term and just when a draw looked to be on the cards, Luke Wilson slotted home a match-winning penalty goal from close range.
"The boys just have the fire in their hearts," Oborn said.
"We've had to do a lot of goal-line defence so far this year and that's been one of our best areas.
"All the boys want to win and we know if we can stay close in the match, we know we've got the attack to get us over the line."
Oborn was hoping Cargo had a Blayney-like feel to and after four games at Cargo Oval - and a few sessions at the Cargo Inn - he knows he's made the right choice.
"The committee and the people just loving getting around it," he said.
"Everyone enjoys everyone's company... there's just a great culture and that's what makes it similar to Blayney."
The 2020 Heelers have a host of talent scattered across the park but the player that's impressed Oborn the most is captain-coach Jared Brodrick as his top flight experience at Hawks is evident on the paddock.
"He's always talking out there," he said.
"He's been around it for a while and he's someone that's good to learn off."
The Heelers will now turn their attention to a round six clash against the Orange Barbarians but Oborn - as well as all of his teammates - knows one side stands above the rest.
The Oberon Tigers are the other undefeated side in this year's Mid-west competition and haven't won a game by less than 18 points all season.
"There's a lot of first-grade experience there," Oborn said.
"They're obviously on our minds and we knew we'll have to take them out to win the competition.
"At the moment we're just looking forward to who we play every Saturday and focusing on each week as it comes."
