With only 10 players, Mudgee was rolled for just 47 after batting first, with only one batter - Sonny Magro - making it to double figures.
Magro made an unbeaten 12 but his side couldn't score around him, with Toby Middleton, Jack Connolly and Solomon Shiner all taking two wickets - the latter with 2-1 from three overs.
Hayden Griffith scored just under half the runs required off just 17 deliveries, whacking five fours on his way to 23 not out as Orange passed the total with just three wickets lost in less than nine overs.
Meanwhile, even contributions across the under 14s side helped Orange post 160 from 45 overs in that game.
Matt McKenna and Will Rodwell top-scored with 27 and 23 respectively, while Charlie Tink and Dan Hunter both scored 15.
However, Mudgee bowled 45 extras to help propel the hosts to their total, which proved too much for the visitors to chase down, whereas in contrast, Orange only let eight sundries slip - six byes and two leg byes.
Coach Dave Hunter said having the side three wins from three starts was a huge positive, and his bowling attack was on song on Sunday.
"We went 35 overs without bowling a no-ball or a wide, and there aren't too many first-class teams which can do that," he said.
"We were incredibly disciplined with out bowling."
He lauded the effort of Jeron Silo, who with a five-wicket haul in the first game has been one of the side's leading lights, taking 4-7 from his eight overs on Sunday to star after picking up the new ball.
Max Richards, Jamie Anderson, Charlie Tink, Johnty French, D'arcy Hamling and Tom Blowes also picked up wickets.
While Hunter was happy with the side's ability to build a total with everyone contributing and making starts, he'd have liked someone to go on and make a score, as despite the low and flat wicket the outfield had plenty of runs in it.
Tink stood up for the side in the captaincy with regular skipper Gus Cornish unavailable with a broken hand, and Hunter said the batter had acquainted himself well in the role.
However, Mudgee did have the last laugh in the under 16s, defending their total of 150 before bowling Orange out for 73 in reply,
