All four sides produced their second wins on the trot on Tuesday's second day while Bankstown, North Shore and North West Sydney all bounced back from their first-up defeats to pick up victories too.
After taking down Blacktown Black in their tournament-opener Dubbo easily accounted for South Coast on the second day, winning by five wickets with 20 overs to spare at Max Stewart Oval.
Xavier McMullen snared 3-15 and Nate Bayliss took 3-10 as the Macquarie Valley giants rolled South Coast for 101, with Alexander Maas also chipping in with handy figures of 2-16.
Like their South Coast counterparts none of Dubbo's batters passed double figures but the entire top five contributed starts as they ran their target down in next to no time, they were helped by the 28 extras their rivals conceded too.
Inner West Harbour's victory over day one victors Penrith came on the back of a well-made, unbeaten 88 from Will Allen, who led his side to 6-182 from their 40 overs. The wickets were shared as they knocked over Penrith for 71 in reply.
Parramatta 1 continued their winning run by beating Mitchell Cricket Council convincingly, running down the Black Caps' 121 with six wickets in hand.
The Sydney Invitational XI fought back to beat North Shore on day one but their nine-wicket victory over Parramatta 2 on Tuesday was as convincing as the scorecard suggests, they needed just 14 overs to reach their target of 70.
Ayaan Hafiz (61 not out) led Bankstown's successful chase of 163 against Blacktown Black while North Shore successfully defended 107 against Radford College, rolling them for 72 in reply.
The Orange Barbarians looked in good shape against North West Sydney after James Harper's (53 not out retired) unbeaten half-century led the side to 5-181.
The hosts then reduced the Hurricanes to 8-125 in reply despite Daman Brar's knock of 54, but a stunning, unbeaten, ninth-wicket partnership guided the Sydney side home.
Sudharsan Elango piloted the recovery mission with a composed 34 not out while Lachlan Selems held his nerve to remain unbeaten on 11.
The result of Orange's day two showdown with Blacktown Gold at Molong's Dr Ross Memorial Recreation Ground was unavailable at time of publication.
Monday's rain also forced the City versus Country Twenty20 clash at Wade Park to be moved from Tuesday night to Wednesday evening. All of Wednesday's games will begin at 9am as a result.
