Money raised from gold coin donations will go towards drought relief this year, with McCormack Barber Real Estate doubling the total up to $5000.
Organiser Peter McCormack said being on the field at Waratahs Sportsground for the fireworks was the best place to be if people wanted to help farmers.
"Plus the fireworks are choreographed to music," he said.
"In the initial couple of years there was slow traffic [getting out] and we fixed that problem so people might be thinking they'll be stuck for an hour, but now no one waits more than 15 minutes."
He also said the event would create a welcome break from drought-affected landholders.
"They can come and spend $4 for the family to watch their kids be happy and excited - that can be needed in tough times," he said.
The event will start at 6pm. The fireworks start at 9pm.
