Lining up in Orange's under 14s' Mitchell Cricket Council clash with Bathurst at the Country Club Oval, Harper led from the front as he opened the batting in reply to the visitors' 8-169 and whacked an unbeaten 95 off 122 deliveries to see his side home by eight wickets.
Harper sent the ball to the rope 15 times as his side reached 2-172 with more than eight overs to spare, with the opener left five runs short of a century in the win.
He was assisted by Charlie Tink and Gus Cornish, who made 22 and 24 respectively in the chase, with the latter putting together an unbroken 119-run stand to bring the hosts home.
They built on a stellar effort with the ball, with Max Richards taking 3-19 from his seven overs, while Charlie Tink, Darcy Kelly and Johnty French all picked up a wicket each.
The win puts Orange in second position on the MCC standings, with two wins from two starts, behind only Mudgee.
Orange's under 12s also racked up a massive win over Bathurst, scoring a mammoth 9-244 from their 40 overs before dismissing the visitors for just 132.
Taj Jordan belted 77 from just 54 deliveries, while Hayden Griffith (43 off 34), Ashton Nock (25) and Robbie Heath (22) all chipped in as part of the huge total.
Griffith and Charlie Miller snared two wickets apiece opening the bowling, both finishing with figures of 2-17, while Lachlan Boyd was the pick of Orange's bowlers with 3-23 from his five overs.
