The Bathurst 1000 is less than 50 days away, with teams due to arrive in Bathurst in time for Super Wednesday on October 9.
A spokesperson for Supercars said that camping facilities were on track to reach 100 per cent capacity within the coming weeks.
The Paddock, McPhillamy Park, Reid and Sulman Park and the motorhome campground all sold out within a few hours.
In 2018, Bathurst Regional Council opened The Orchard campground to campers for the first time, to huge success.

It's popularity is expected to increase this year with additional sites available.
"This year, we have added approximately 100 new sites to the Orchard and increased the number of sites offering power; this has made the new campground even more exciting and popular amongst first time campers," Supercars said.
"Sales are tracking well and we will likely be sold out in The Orchard come September."
With Bathurst under water restrictions, it's expected that campers will respect the guidelines set out by council.
Supercars has been asked to help spread the message to race fans.
The promoter plans to communicate the message via its online marketing channels and will erect signage at the entry points to the campgrounds and in key locations.
When it comes to overall ticket sales to the event, Supercars said they were ahead of this time last year.
"At the moment we are pacing above last year in trackside tickets and grandstands, which is great," they said.
"The sales do fluctuate around this time of year with camping and group sales but to be well above is a good sign ahead of October."
At the beginning of this year's championship season, the new Ford Mustang was rolled out.
It would be fair to say that it has exceeded expectations and Supercars knows it could draw more fans to the Great Race.
"The Mustang has definitely had an impact this the year, particularly at the start of the season," they said.
