John Phillip Nixon, of Nyrang Road, was spotted driving a silver Subaru sedan at speed along March Street on June 13.
Police stopped Nixon on Nile Street and he admitted he was disqualified.
Nixon was not present in Orange Local Court last week and magistrate David Day fined him in his absence.
Unsupervised learner crashes into fence
A LEARNER driver has registered a blood alcohol reading more than three times the legal limit for a fully licensed driver.
Anthony Ewing Milne, 32 of Burrendong Way, blew 0.177 on February 10 after he crashed his car into a fence on Cecil Road just before 11.30pm.
Magistrate David Day gave him a 12-month community corrections order and disqualified him for six months, with an interlock period of two years.
He also fined him $330 for driving unsupervised.
