Roberston overcame a strong field including previous two-time winner George Frilingos, who was hunting for a rare three-peat, as well as former international bowler Glen Loader.
Robertson knocked down 2240 pins in the finals, ahead of second placed Trent Cage with 2158 and Robert Townsend in 2114, who finished in third.
He just bowled perfectly, there were no late pin drops, he just kept hitting it into the pocket.

Alan Notman, who finished in fifth with 2251 pins, did manage to claim a perfect game, scoring 300 in the fifth game on Sunday, while 25 players finished averaging 200 or more from 20 games.
Robertson stormed away early and was in the lead at the conclusion of all but one game, with the ACT-based Townsend taking a one-pin lead after round five, but the eventual victor regained the lead in game six and never looked back, not being troubled in his latter games.
Orange's bowlers represented their home lanes well, with Jason Osborne slipping into the top 10 and finishing eighth, while Hayden Swallow, Nick Flannery and Jason Brown finished 14th, 19th and 20th respectively.
Brown said he was pleased with how the local contingent had gone, with several first and second-timers bowling in the tournament.
"I was a bit worried how I'd go coming off an injury but I went okay. I had a few first three rounds on Sunday but came home with a 260 and a 240," he said.
Overall, Brown said competitors had come from as far as Melbourne and Brisbane, with most of the east coast and eastern states represented, with winner Robertson hailing from Sydney.
While he didn't have massive games, Brown said Robertson was the "most consistent" bowler on the lanes.
He also added Notman seemed to have the ball "on a string" during his perfect game.
"He just bowled perfectly, there were no late pin drops, he just kept hitting it into the pocket," Brown said.
Micaylah Downey was also awarded the President's Shield All-Stars Award plaque over the weekend, as the second girl from Orange Tenpin Bowls to make the side.
