A CHILD will appear in court next month to face charges related to the theft and use of a stolen motorbike on Thursday.

Police say the 15-year-old boy, and a 25-year-old man, were involved in the use of a stolen motorcycle in Glenroi.
The child was charged with using an unregistered and uninsured vehicle, driving a conveyance without consent, driving on the road while unlicenced, not wearing an approved helmet, and hindering police.
His adult accomplice was charged with hindering police in the execution of their duty.
The boy appeared in Orange Children's Court on Friday, while the man will face Orange Local Court on Monday, April 15.
Police allege he failed a roadside breath test and later provided a breath analysis reading of 0.155.
In an unrelated incident on the same day a 40-year-old man was charged with high-range drink driving.
Police claim the man was driving a vehicle on the Mitchell Highway when he was stopped by police.

His driver's licence was suspended by police, and he will appear in Orange Local Court on Monday, May 6.
Two bikes were also stolen in the space of 24 hours.
The first - a mountain bike - was taken on Waratah Avenue between 5pm on Wednesday and 12pm on Thursday, while at at 8.58am on Thursday an electric bicycle was stolen on Summer Street.
Finally, registration plates were taken from a white Holden Barina on Caroline Street between 9.40pm on Wednesday and 9.30am on Thursday.
