Entry was gained via a window and curtains, a TV, a toaster and a microwave were taken.
In another incident, a vehicle was broken into on Peisley Street between 7pm on Sunday and 4am on Monday and a bag containing tools was taken.

In Moresby Street, three tyres were slashed on white Mazda 626 between 6.40pm on Sunday and 6.30pm on Monday.
On Saturday, a 43-year-old man was charged with stalk/intimidate intend fear, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault.
Police will allege the man assaulted a 40-year-old woman in a domestic violence related incident.
The man was issued with a court attendance notice and will appear before Orange Local Court on April 15.
A 17-year-old girl was arrested in Orange in relation to an outstanding warrant on Monday.
The warrant relates to an assault matter.
