Mr Kable from Rotary Club of Orange and Ms Lambell from Rotary Club of Orange Daybreak have brought together five clubs behind their movie night fundraiser.
The clubs include Orange North, Molong and Blayney.
At 6.45pm on Wednesday, the clubs will join a national pre-release screening of the movie, Murder on the Orient Express, hosted by Orange’s Odeon 5 Cinema.
Every dollar raised goes to help end polio, and Mr Kable said each dollar became three thanks to a pledge from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
“We’re not just barbecues and raffles, we also organise lots of other things,” Mr Kable said.
“It’s about working for the community and engaging as many people as possible.”
Mr Kable said as well as giving back to the community there was the chance to meet people.
“It’s great for people who are moving to town, they can meet people with a similar attitude to life,” he said.
