Quintessential Developments are seeking to build a two lot strata subdivision and retaining walls at 2 Miriam Drive, which is on the corner of Leeds Parade, while Australian Fine Homes have a similar proposal before Orange City Council, for the block of land at 6 Miriam Drive, also a corner block with Alexander Street.
Despite coming from different developers, both plans include two single storey, four-bedroom mainly brick veneer homes.
The block at 6 Miriam Drive has an area of 844.16m2 while 2 Miriam Drive is 890.79m2. There is one block between the proposed developments.
The second house at 2 Miriam Drive will be built behind the first home, which has street frontage, and accessed via a driveway.
The second dwelling at 6 Miriam Drive will front Alexander Drive.
