When asked if he could recall what shot it was that got him to his first ever century, Tristan Moon said it was "probably something through mid-wicket."

That's the kind of innings it was for the Centrals Red player who blasted 127 off 86 balls in an Orange and District Cricket Association win against Orange City on Saturday.
"Obviously a pretty good feeling," he said on the moment he brought up his ton.
"I've never really thought about it before. I just go out there and swing the bat really. There's not much defence in my play but it felt pretty good to get there."
His effort included 17 fours and five sixes and helped Centrals Red get to 240 from 40 overs. They then backed it up with the ball and rolled City for just 89.
Prior to Saturday's match, Moon's highest score had been an 82 way back in 2013. For the most part, he had no idea he was approaching the magic milestone.
"We came off at drinks when I was on about 43, so I knew when I got to my 50, but after that the next 50 came pretty quick so I didn't really realise it was coming up so soon," Moon said.
"Once I got to 50, it was either get out swinging or keep scoring I guess. It was pretty hot out there so I was happy for it to go either way.
"The boys started cheering and a quick wave of the bat and back to it."
This marked the second straight week that Moon had notched at least 50 runs, having scored 52 against Centrals Black on December 11.
Before that though, you'd have to go all the way back to his second grade 62 in 2018 to find the last time he'd been able to raise the bat.
Fair to say he's playing down the possibility of bringing up three figures again this season.
"The one for the year is probably enough, but I'll give it a crack," he laughed.
"We were hoping to get a win before Christmas with having a few weeks off, so it was pretty good to be able to contribute and get a win."
