Of those cases, 10 were listed as Orange, although one of those people had a Cabonne address. The 11th case was in Molong.
Across the Western NSW Local Health District 12 cases were identified with the remaining case in Oberon.
It comes after six new cases were identified as of 8pm on Friday.
The heath district is encouraging people with no symptoms to be tested for COVID-19 surveillance.
People who have a surveillance test will not need to isolate if they do not have any symptoms and no one in the household has symptoms.
People will also not need to isolate if they and no one else in the household is a close contact of person with COVID-19 and they have not been to any of the places listed as a close or casual contact venue.
COVID-19 testing in locations with new cases:
Orange Health Service - noon to 4pm
No booking required but if the clinic is busy you may be given an appointment time to return.
The Orange Showground and Wade Park COVID-19 testing clinics are closed on Sunday, December 12. They will re-open on Monday, December 13.
In Molong testing is available at the Old Railway Station from 10am to 3pm.
Or testing is available at the Oberon Multipurpose Service from 11am and 2pm. People are asked to arrive on the hour to avoid missing the clinic.
Across NSW there were 485 new cases of COVID-19 reported as of 8pm Saturday as the statewide vaccination rate creeps another 0.01 per cent closer to 95 per cent first dose administered.
There were 90,804 tests administered in the same reporting period, according to NSW Health.
There are 156 cases in hospitals and 23 in intensive care units across the state and two deaths were reported.

In vaccination rates, 94.8 per cent of the NSW population aged 16 and over have received their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, 93.1 per cent are fully vaccinated.
Of the younger population, 81.4 per cent of 12 to 15 year-olds have had their first vaccine and 77.7 per cent of the teens have received both.
