David Zinga will be offering tastings of the vineyard's sparkling blanc d blanc metodo tradizionale, a 2018 chardonnary gently aged in French oak, a 2019 shiraz, a 2019 fume blanc and a 2018 rose made on sauvignon blanc and merlot.
The Zinga wine name has been circulating in Orange for around 15 years but this year, Mr Zinga has decided to ramp things up for the brand, launching a marketing campaign at the Union Bank earlier in the week.
Sitting at about 870m, the Old Forbes Road vineyard was planed in 2003 and 04 and the fruit is handpicked.
