Visitors to the Orange CBD might find themselves doing just that, after the Blue Mountains artist this week installed seven of her works in various locations across the city.
The door and window 'paste-ups' are created from Ms O'Donnell's detailed charcoal drawings. Each is carefully scaled to size, reproduced onto a thin aluminum foil and then adhered to the brickwork.
Ms O'Donnell placed the works on Wednesday with the help of Bianca Stevens and Graeme Doolan from Orange business Tint and Protect.
"We've had a great response even just putting (the artworks) up," Ms O'Donnell said.
"We had a lot of people coming past - some thinking it's a photograph and some delighted at the scale that looks like they can walk in."
The smallest of the works is on the facade of The Blind Pig in McNamara Street and measures just 20cm, while the largest in Colvin Lane is about two by two metres.
Another can be found in Post Office Lane: "The windows have been bricked up there. So I've looked at photos of windows from that era and reinserted them," Ms O'Donnell said.
"At another site, the doors have been bricked up. I'm reinserting doors and windows in the CBD and playing with the scale for a bit of fun."

The artist has opted not to reveal the location of all artworks, to add an element of surprise and discovery.
Ms O'Donnell joins artists Yanni Pounartzis of Canberra, and Tully Moore and Sandon Gibbs-O'Neill of Orange, in contributing to the first instalment of Orange City Council's Future City Public Art Project.
