Following the November 3 cut-off, the ballot draw will be held at the Orange Electoral Office in Endsleigh avenue at 10am on Thursday, November 4.

Orange pre-polling can be completed at the Scouts Hall in Kite Street, the Girl Guides Hall in Peisley Street and the electoral office in Endsleigh Avenue from 9am to 5pm.
Postal vote applications opened on Tuesday (October 26) and close on November 29.
On election day, Saturday December 4, polling booths will be open at more than 30 schools from 8.30am to 6pm across the Orange and Cabonne LGAs.
Counting will begin that night from 6pm.
Originally set down for September 4, the council elections were postponed until December 4 this year after the onset of COVID-19 lockdowns and would-be candidates are reminded they must resubmit the nomination.
The reasons for this includes the eligibility of a person to be nominated, or of a person nominating a candidate, may have changed, or information provided on the candidate information sheet, which is in the form of a statutory declaration, may not be current at the time of the election.
And of course, candidates whose nominations are in the system may no longer wish to run.
Candidates using paper forms will also be required submit new forms.
The incumbent council will go into caretaker mode from Friday, November 5.
While this year's local government elections were postpone, the LGA elections for 2024 will proceed as normal on September 24.
Measures will also be in place on December 4 to ensure polling is Covid-safe.
