The hub will move to 123 Peisley Street and will begin operating at the new site from Thursday, October 7, continuing to offer vaccinations by appointment seven days a week.
As of October 3, over 95 per cent of Orange residents aged 15 and over have received their first dose of a vaccine, while 72.6 per cent are fully vaxxed.
WNSWLHD chief executive Scott McLachlan said the relocation of the Orange vaccination hub will increase capacity and allow for more vaccinations to be safely administered every day.
"The clinic will still be by appointment only, we won't accept walk-ins but people can book an appointment by visiting the Commonwealth Government's Clinic Finder or calling Health Direct on 1800 022 222," he said.
"The hub's new location is in the middle of Orange at 123 Peisley Street, which is opposite the train station.
"It's more central, which means it will be more accessible, particularly for those people who rely on public transport. Importantly, entry for vehicles will be through McNamara Street.
"The new location is a larger space so we can expand if necessary, while keeping the same focus on patient, staff and community safety.
"Everyone with a previous booking will receive a reminder as they normally would, which will also include information about the clinic's relocation.
"The move is taking place on Wednesday, October 6, which was an AstraZeneca-only day for the hub. Anyone with appointments that day was contacted prior to the move, our team helped them reschedule those appointments so there was minimal impact.
"Vaccination has never been more important so please, if anyone hasn't taken the step to receive one yet I'm urging you to do so as soon as possible."
Mr McLachlan said there were plenty of available appointments at hubs in Orange, Bathurst and Dubbo.
"Remember, vaccines are not solely provided through WNSWLHD hubs and clinics," he said.
"You can also book in to get a vaccination through GPs, pharmacies, Aboriginal Medical Services and the Primary Health Network.
"With the Moderna vaccine also now available through pharmacies, we have never had better access to vaccines and I encourage everyone in the community to take advantage of that."
