The news in the latest coronavirus update was not so good for neighbouring Lithgow, which had eight new cases to 8pm on Friday.
Some of these cases were connected with other families in the Lithgow area after being tested.
Western NSW Local Health District, meanwhile, had 20 new cases to 8pm on Friday: six in Bourke, six in Dubbo council area (two of which were in Wellington), four in Warrumbungle council area, two in Cowra, and two in Gilgandra.
Across NSW, the state had 1007 new locally acquired COVID cases to 8pm on Friday, which was down slightly on the previous 24 hours, and there are now 229 cases in intensive care and 118 requiring ventilators.
There were 11 deaths in the 24-hour reporting period, all of which were people from Sydney apart from one man in his 70s from the Blue Mountains.
The NSW Government says the state is now up to 57.8 per cent double doses and 84.7 per cent first dose.
