While Orange remains under stay-at-home orders, residents from Cabonne and Blayney are allowed to travel into the city - but only for items and services deemed "essential to every day living".

On Monday, Western NSW Local Health District (WNLHD) executive officer Scott McLachlan clarified that these "absolutely essential" supplies included fuel and food.
Medical appointments were also considered an essential reason to visit a locked-down area from an LGA where restrictions had been lifted.
"If you don't need to go into [an area under] a stay-at-home order, you don't go," he said.
"If you do go into a stay-at-home area, please take all the precautions that are going to be crucial. If you need to get out of your car, make sure you put your mask on, you socially distance, you use hand hygiene products in those locations and check-in with QR codes."
