For Carolyn Wyllie, travelling from her Lidster home to Orange is about one thing, necessity.

Mrs Wyllie lives in the Cabonne LGA which on Wednesday was released from its stay-at-home orders.
But some fine print in the rules means she will essentially be forced to live as if she resided in Orange, which remains in lockdown.
The rule states that if you come from Cabonne to Orange to do your shopping, for example, you have to then adhere to stay-at-home orders for the next 14 days.
Orange is the only place within a reasonable distance that Mrs Wyllie can buy the stock feed that she needs.
"I really think this government has made a complete balls-up of it and they rarely seem to think anything through, especially for the regional areas," she said.
"I always wear a mask, I don't much around, I go into town to get my groceries and pick up my stock feed and go home. Every LGA in Sydney has a supermarket, where it's just not the same in the regions."
Mrs Wyllie also still suffers from the Ross River virus which means she has chronic fatigue.
"So if I'm getting tired and I know I'm getting tired I just go straight home. Whereas I can't do that if I'm 100km away," she said on the thought of having to travel to a place such as Forbes, which is also out of lockdown.
"It's not that I don't support Molong or Canowindra, but they just do not have everything. People who live in those areas have to come to Orange to do the shopping and get the medication.
"For me it's that serious and I do take it all serious. I'm double-jabbed and I do think you have to mask up because you're there to protect your community. But this is ridiculous. It's a blanket rule, which the government loves to do without any thought."
Orange MP Phil Donato has contacted NSW Deputy Premier John Barilaro to seek a dispensation for Cabonne so people can travel to Orange without having to adhere to the city's stay-at-home orders.
Chief executive of Western NSW Local Health District, Scott McLachlan, said there is currently some reconsideration for instances where people are going to find it difficult not to go into an area that's under stay-at-home orders, such as Orange. He hoped there would be clarity by Saturday.
"You just can't comply with that and I quite happily comply with everything," Mrs Wyllie added.
"I think you can't have the rule for an LGA that is so dependent on its next door neighbour LGA. People aren't that stupid that they'll go to Orange, come home and visit every single person in the neighbourhood, it's just not going to happen."
