Non new infections were recorded in Orange, while Bathurst experienced its worst day of the pandemic, with six new infections recorded in that LGA.
Across the region, Dubbo continues to feel the brunt of the outbreak in Western NSW with a further 31 new infections and the small community of Bourke recorded 11 new positive cases of community transmission, that LGA's worst day of the pandemic, too.
"That was their highest rate of infection in any reporting period," deputy premier John Barilaro said of the that remote LGA in the north-west of the state.
He did praise Parkes, though, with that Lachlan Valley community experiencing the single biggest jump in vaccination rates across NSW.
Parkes' rate of first dose leapt from 36 per cent to 66 per cent in just over seven days.
The percentage of Orange's population, aged 15 and over, to have a first dose is around 70 per cent, with the vaccination hub to set-up camp in Orange from September 6.
Mr Barilaro was clear on the state's, and regions', road map out of this pandemic.
"This is a reminded to regional NSW - together, we're fast tracking the opportunity for vaccination in regional NSW and we need to continue to get vaccinated," he said.
Across NSW, 1431 cases were added with a dozen deaths in the 24 hours to 8pm Thursday.
"The best health advice I have is that we anticipate a peak in cases in the next fortnight," premier Gladys Berejiklian said.
"The next fortnight is likely to be our worst in terms of cases.
"You have nothing to fear about getting the disease if you follow the health orders and get vaccinated. That is the best protection."
